This policy is designed to cover minor, unforeseen accidental damages or excessive wear and tear that may occur to the rented equipment during your event. It helps mitigate your financial responsibility for small mishaps, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration without undue worry

Important Disclaimer

This Refundable Insurance Policy is a service offered by Party Pop Rentals and is not an actual insurance policy issued by an insurance company. It is an agreement between Party Pop Rentals and the client to limit liability for specific minor damages under the terms described herein. Our standard rental agreement and waiver of liability still apply to all rentals.

How Our Refundable Insurance Works

Included Coverage: This Refundable Insurance is a mandatory service included with every Party Pop Rentals equipment booking.
Insurance Fee: The fee for this policy is calculated as [50% of your total rental cost, or a flat fee of $X] and is added to your total invoice. This fee is fully refundable under the conditions outlined below.
Coverage Period: The policy covers the rental equipment from the time of delivery/pickup until it is returned/picked up by Party Pop Rentals.
